Damn I would have totally got one for 250k just for the epic stack of 1109.

Seems to be alot of confusion here so without reading the full post I will answer the top discussion.

This is a SPECIAL dye tub and yes it is an expencive silver reward tub with limited amount of charges that works in the 4 digit hue range BUT you can only, to my knowledge, dye the hues currently in game.
Meaning yes, they hues you can dye with this can be found on tailor vendors.

The problem with NPC vendors are that there are ~400 diferent hues in game and the vendor sell about 350 of those BUT the spawn is random so it may take a loong while to find the hue you look for.

The nicest part with this tub is that it may dye ANY amount of cloth up to a full stack = 60.000 bolts.
This will probably be enough for the rest of your UO life, unless you grow tired of the hue.

One example is the POD guild (correct me if Im wrong with that name) used it to dye a HUGE amount of cloth in hue #1235 (purple).

Unless you want to spend +500k on this tub for one charge you're welcome to contact me to get the hue you desire

i'm pretty sure 1109 is not available for the special dye tub for cloth but only for sandals and masks...

As far as I know the following hues are available for special dye tub:

1201 - 1254
1301 - 1354
1401 - 1454
1501 - 1554
1601 - 1654
1701 - 1754
1801 - 1887

And all those hues , - ~50, can be store bought, will just take a long time to find a particular hue.
the ~50 that canot be bought can be found on various NPC's around Britannia

ya i was mistaken before thinking 1109, i was trying to remember off the top of my head at work. You cannot do 1109 but some hues that it does do are spawning. This is a pic of what it looks like when u used dyes on it. I used my charge did hue 2004. its the robe i have on. If anyone wants to take the time to hue it out exactly they can borrow my tub its outa charges, im just to lazy to do so.

A question, can u change hue on tub and check the hue in Razor without spoiling a charge?
Or is it "once u chose what hue tub is to have the charge is wasted"?

ya u can change it as much as ud like, the charge is only used when used on cloth.
