Hello I am a noob and I need a house any house will do. I have about 25k if that will buy one.

A small house will cost you approx 44K to even buy a deed to place then thats all. To buy an established house located some where decent or not, its probably the house deed plus anywhere from 10k to 25k for that.Nicer smalls can go higher

With that said, if you don't mind not "owning", I can lend (co-own) you a small house VERY close to town for free. I am currently away on a business trip, but I'll be back later tonight and can hook you up.
