yeah, I reluctantly placed it...was going to use the deed next to a greatly worn tower, it got refreshed, so I just plopped it. Luckily I got a nice small idoc drop all to myself right by yew bank, so this house is gone if anyone wants to place now.

I have no idea why people don't want this spot? I used it for months when I first started here. so close to town and a screen from the guard zone....
