Unique Location - Palm Grove Small

I have for sell a small in one of the Unique geographical locations in the game, Palm Grove. Please pm me or post here your offers, no Buyout set, however if you would like to offer a buyout price then hit me with your best price and ill let you know if i like it or not. The picture below is an amature crop/copy/paste job, i cleared the trees and stuff and copied tons of shit over other shit to clean it up so its just grass palms and the property so you can see it without having to go there, or see the animals and health percentages and stuff that my orignal picture was flooded with.

forgive me for asking... but why is this unique? Because it is placed inbetween the palm trees?

yes sir, look at the map, its in palm grove, location is in many rune libraries unique/interesting locations books. So no doubt in my mind it is a "unique" location. I guess i could have called it an awesome location or better yet a special location, or unordinary, but poeple that are interested in this house are interested in owning unique houses, like smalls by shrines, and other places such as small in wind, and others about.

I placed a small house there, think it was last month, just for giggles but I couldnt see anything nice about it bar the serpents trying to break the door down. So I redeeded it and moved on.

Ya odd thing was, Udonis owned it and gifted it away when he quit, idk what that person got for it however i ran by few weeks ago and there was no house there, so as usual i assumed maybe it went idoc and was prepatched and now you cant place there, then came by a few days later and a house was there, doh! Then yet again i came by just few days ago and the house was idoc, so i just swung by the next morning and it was gone so i placed. Its cool, if i dont get any buyers then i will just deco it with some rares, maybe a bedroom setting or something, i dunno, whatevers clever.

Just bumping this, great secluded spot, not looking to get much for it if anyone is interested in a nice starter home i am willing to let it go for cheap to a first home buyer.

Dont let my great copy and paste action go to waste! Anyways, if in doubt all the trees i cleared up, the treees taht were there didnt cover any of the beautiful palm trees on the property of the property itself, just was bored at work and decided to kill some time.
