Well im selling my keep now sins i dont feal like im using it like i used to. Its right next to water with almost zero spawn around. Its has a nice smith built in the SE corner and a bedroom in the NW corner and staris to the roof both from the back and front. Good neighbours and two screens to the east you got the "snow shop" with everything you need.
