SOLD - Yet Another L Shape for sale on Avatar Island

Today I have, as you may surmise, yet another L Shape for sale on Avatar Island. This one is primarily the same as my other recent L shape advertisement -

The only difference with this it is located on the NE side of fire temple and further away from the Shrine of Humility.

Just to cut and paste from my other advertisement..

"The only spawns I seem to see over this vicinity is animal in nature. A number of snakes etc.

I will start the bidding at L Shaped Deed plus 2 small deeds. BO will be Deed plus Deed.
