Selling the large brick in rat valley. I believe a tower used to be in this spot, but I can't verify that one will still place.

Starting bid at deed + small.

Edit: Will let this run until this Friday, 12/28, at 10 p.m. est. If a bid is made after this time it will not count, regardless of amount.
