Hi, im looking for a starter home near mining location, would prefer minoc Fields area or Cove

What sort of price should i be looking to save, and does anyone have one for sale?

Hi, I own both of these small houses and would consider selling one of them.

This is on Avatar (fire) Island and spawn can get a bit tough but if you have a warrior or mage you can clear the area in a few minutes and then enjoy hours of mining. Also, since its not a 'popular' area, I rarely if ever see other players around.

If you like what you see we can talk about prices and I am more than happy to use a broker if you like even though I have a decent reputation

No, unfortunately those are the only mining homes I have. I am barely active due to school and work and do not plan on actively selling these anytime soon so if you become interested at some point, feel free to send me a PM.
