sort of. krrios wrote runuo and worked on uogamers for a number of years (although he never worked on divinity). what you're seeing is the character he used to generate world decoration when he was writing runuo. he is on every shard (but not tied to an account, so it's not like anyone can log into this character) until the shard owner goes in and deletes him.
