In that case, if you want the land/spot but really no interest in the "prestige" of owning a castle, you could just get the deed and place something else whilst having alittle extra spending cash (castle deed).

To be clear, this castle is located at the [PEE] docks, aka The Core Township. We are in need of a financial backer for a short time while we raise the funds to purchase Kander's castle. I could just take the 3 mill or donations up front, buy from Kander and pay you back over a short amount of time, or you could just purchase the castle, co own me so we could use it, and when we get the 3 mill pay you back with an extra 500k for your generosity. The pirates are docking their ships and making a come back and need to expand the township for new mates!
