Tower in Aceopolis (Sold)

I don't play nearly enough to fill a tower let alone furnish it. In my attempt to downsize to a more suitable location I am looking to sell this tower to pay for the move.

It is in Aceopolis, there fighting pit and fountain are just a screen and a half south of the tower. Additionally water to the east and south each 1 screen away. Yes you can see a swamp behind the tower but there is no spawn, swamp or otherwise, in the vicinity of the tower.
