Scam

Was trying to purchase a tower for a friend and it turned out to be a big scam. Character name was Amy but probably wearing a disguise kit.

1. Make sure you create a forum post for house sale and have buyer and seller agree in it. (I made one but he "couldn't find it.")
2. If things seem fishy ask the person selling to change the house sign name or change the locks. (He wouldn't do it.)
3. Be skeptical if they won't give you their irc nickname. (Said he didn't use irc.)
4. Never give the other person the benefit of the doubt.

4. Ask for a broker

I used my first broker the other day for a random in-game trade. Made things a lot smoother.
