And, why didn't you see this during the trade and raise some concern?

I hate to be technical here, but if that's the case it's not technically a scam. Dirty sure but he never said the key was blank...

Technically very very shitty practice. Granted, he did not say it was blank, however that is the assumption many would have in an auction like this.

This is like those eBay auctions for the box the Playstation 3 came in that were clearly labelled as 'Playstation 3 Box'.
People made hundreds of dollars that way.

The clear implication is that the key is blank, as there could never be a reason to buy it otherwise.
