Selling two clothing bless deeds

I have received a few offers via private message. Some quite generous (up to 400k for one cbd, and 600k for the both are the best so far). The thing is, is that I have not played Ultima Online in a almost 2 years. My brother and I would like to get back into it and we each have a clothing bless deed, gotten who knows where.

We both prefer the pvp aspect of the game and while we have no problems farming to sustain a character, the months of tedious work put in to create a character is just to much.

So we are looking to sell our clothing bless deeds in the hopes of acquiring the funds to create 2-4 pvp characters and a house.

I was informed by a very nice man that I should not be letting these go for less then 450k a piece. Seeing as how the offers keep coming in and the post has only been up for 12 hours I am going to have to agree. So I will not be responding anymore to offers less then 450k each or 900k for both.
