Dude, it's barely worth over deed price. Just give it to the highest bidder. No one gives a shit about proximity to Destard in a shitty swamp location with annoying spawn on the steps.
ie: this place is hardly worth deed. You'd profit more if you dropped it and put up large bricks. (yes, you could likely fit three in that loc)
