Need a quote on my minoc house thats by the moongate.

I'm three days new to Second Age shard. I just placed a small brick housevery cose to the Minoc moongate. I was wondering what this property would be worth? Thanks in advance for the assistance! Its about 2.5 screens away from the moongate.

That's like 4 screens away and I could not in good conscience call this a "gate house" - the two closest ones in your UOAM image are barely gate houses..
