SELL - L Shape - Top end of Destard Swamp

Another New Years Day Sale,

I have a recently purchased L Shape now available for sale. This location is just south of the Destard Dungeon, so you can easily run to your home to drop loot off, collect reagents and what not with ease, and all natural resources are close to hand. Fishing to the west, mining along the north (least 3 mining caves there), and lunberjacking also to the north. This house comes with some already included addons, the large forge on the west ground floor and top floor has a spinning wheel plus loom installed in the back room. I havent looked at the geography of the location but possible puchase of the small house east may allow something larger to fit in here.

There is moderate monster spawn, mainly alligators and snakes around the place, though the majority of spawn is more southern. Nothing to difficult for players of all levels. Further to the South are the Lizardmen who can give you some practical enjoyment in slaying if you so wish.

I am starting bids at L Shape deed plus 2 x Small deeds. BO will be Deed plus Deed to secure this.
