Mining House No Spawn/At a Cave entrance!

Great mining house! Very very little spawn in this area and right at the entrance of a cave!

well 2 x deed is just way to high considering the near by spawn is silver serpents and its near nothing. not even the shrine or dungeon on that island. Ill go up to deed plus 5k

Still for sale. There is no spawn in this area and is a great mining location.

As king of Avatar. I checked it out. There was definitely an alligator around. As we all know alligators are ornery because it has all those teeth and no tooth brush. While typing this (hidden) a giant serpent appears. Though if you are proficient in parcel tongue and the ways of Steve Erwin you should be able to tackle this spawn.

When fervently trying to GM mining I would clean up all the spawn around the mountain with my main PvM character then safely mine with the resource gatherer. Yeah I split my mining and blacksmith, big whoop, wanna fight about it?

Thats what I do when I have to also Wise one. If I cant get atleast a deed +1 for it Ill just keep it for now.
