liberty hats are the newer ones that are newbiefied. I don't know if they are the same color as the prepatch ones.

ive got a 1194 from 2011 thats labeled a liberty hat i believe thats how they made them uncuttable right? by making them newb

I dunno. My 120 white ones just say a feathered hat and I can't cut them.

The liberty hats were never cuttable. The "feathered hats" were from 2009 or 2010. The normal feathered ones were cuttable for 24 hours. I believe the newer ones that say "liberty hats" came out with quite a few different colors.

The feathered hats came from 2011. The liberty hats came from 2012 and are newbied

the blood red liberty hat in my picture was part of the 24-48hr cut frenzy of 2011 i had a white as well and sold it to you gk. the ice white and blood red cloth is all from 2011 hats whether they were feathered or liberty and cut while you could. my dumb ass didnt think about cutting them quick enough.
