I am a lumberjack and I need a lumber house to work from instead of this town bank thing. I have 20% to put down. I only wish to be coowner and then made owner when I am fully paid. I will pay in boards or gold. Whichever one my landlord prefers. I prefer locations with low spawns and lots of trees if possible but any help would be awsome.
