Cant give a map to my tiller man

I drag a map to my tiller man but it doesn't work. This has happened before. I drydocked and replaced and it worked.

When you drag a plotted map to him, he should say "A map!", "Arrrr, this map has no course on it!", or "Ar, that is not a map, tis but a blank piece of paper!"

If he says "A map!" you may then use the following commands:
start, continue, goto X, or single X
Where X are nav points on the map.

I cant hand it to him. It just makes a clicking sound. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I know how it works, it just doesn't sometimes. Any character that recalls to the key should be able to give him a map right? Not just the char that placed the boat?

This really should work. I'll test again when I can. You may need to be on an adjacent tile.
