What is the origin of these weapons?

In the early days of UOSA, there were some quests and also odd items deemed non-accurate, some of which did not exist ever in UO (like wands of vanquishing with both swing charges, and double-click charges for spells)

I believe these came off of an old UOSA quest.

although the viking sword has lost its charges, it value has
increased having been used by Guerrilla to mow down some lichs.

I cant prove this, but makes a good story...
