free bump...
If you like it bid... if you don't like the price don't bid.
Patios are the best housing for general looting reasons... all I am going to say is for "circle of transparency" purposes... Whether it IDOC, PK, tmaps, farming, mib's, etc.
If you know how to lock down keys, you can make a patio WAY too secure with locking down keys to get into the next area. Combined with locked down tables... you can make a home virtually impossible for another to break into and loot.
Frankly, now that I have used one for awhile... I am suprised that people do not drop towers more often to place patio's. Secure containers or not... you can make the whole house secure and store next to unlimited loot inside a patio if you do it right.
All this aside... (and the beer I have consumed) This is an expensive patio yes... but for someone who has money, can make it easily, and needs to own the best style house for looting and making money... then sure... I would bid 600K... but alas I do not need this house... I have two patio's already.
It does have tower potential too... which isn't bad. It might be a task to get the other two houses... but then again it may not!
If you like it bid... if not... don't. Whatever you do though... do NOT make an pointless thread promoting the quality of the home style after having a few beers. People on the internet may read it and judge you silently at their homes...
oops...

Thanks Ron, I've had a couple people PM me offers which are lower than my starting price. So if someone out there wants a good spot and don't have as what I'm asking they are more than welcome to pm me offers and/or trades.
Thanks,
J
Thanks,

Price Slashed.
Had a few guys offer 500k and I've told them I'll accept it from the first man to bring it to me.
So let's see who can put their cash up.
