Did this become harder then resist now or something ? I can barly gain and im at 8.6. Derrick ? Might be bugged or something but if its this hard its really gunna turn alot of people away because taming would be easier to get.

you should be able to med with a wizards hat up to 62 skill with afk macroing.

For med to gain past that you need high INT.

yesterday i raised magery on a char from 40 to 72 displayed an my med went to around 90 in the process. The key is med'ing a amount you succeed on but sometimes fail.

For examples whem i macro'd magery i had 105 int (with hat). My fireball macro med'd at <50 mana, then for lightning i did it at <45 and for eb at < 40. Also, i med twice in a a row in my macro with 10 second pauses. I would see 2,3 or 4 gains sometimes in 20 seconds of med'ing

Med was flying.

It will slow alot in the high 90's but still gm's WAY quicker than magery if you do it right.

I noticed this too. You rarely get gains below 30-40's. I bought the skill from the NPC and the points didn't start to accumulate normally untill after the 40's.

If you raise meditation properly, it's an easy ride to 100.

Meditation is beyond easy if you know how to work it... The bad part is that it's actually even easier than it was during t2a. Meditation will gain passively while actively meditating. This is incorrect for the way it gained back then. It's suppose to only gain when the skill is used. If you simply follow the formula for meditation gains you can easily get it GM. I started with a character at 50 magery and 30ish med and ended up being in the 90's already once I hit around 65 magery.
