It's my understanding that maybe 12 of these were created by a GM Brody? Brodie?

It was during an event a long time ago. I would imagine some of them have since been lost/destroyed etc.

It's one of the cooler items you can have IMO given the hue....if only it could be blessed.

Because it is an or helm. (ARMOUR) hence you would need an item bless deed to bless it, and they do not exist on uosa..
