Small with forge - low spawn, perfect for mining

Im selling this very nice located small, with a forge outside - just next to the mountainside and perfect for mining or just as a nice hide-away.

How did this one go for 2x deed, when I saw 3 or 4 others in and around Chaos valley with great locations (2 of which [from nadia] were placed to block 2 spots, meaning the buyer could place a second house after the buy was made) barely get interest at S/B Deed+5k or Deed+10k? I have 3 nice ones in the area, but would rather keep 'em than get deed +5k .

2x deed, however... hmm, hehe.
