This tower has some interesting history and additions as outlined below. please click and expand to read more:
GRANDFATHERED / 106 ADDITIONAL LOCKDOWNS
This tower is possibly one of the oldest standing in the game. It was placed by Sandro sometime before Patch 38 on June 15th 2008. This patch made changes to housing with incorrect number of secures and lockdowns. Players could choose to have there houses changed or remain as old (grandfathered).
Patch 38 - June 15, 2008 (Housing Changes)
As the tower currently stands it only has 7 secures but has 106 additional lockdowns - not every players ideal but certainly handy for large scale decorators, collectors or rune libraries.
Any future owner may have this change to be like any other tower at there choice but I would not recommend this as this would be such a waste.

The tower is to be sold with the current decor fully inclusive with exception to the decipherable map which I crafted myself while training cartography and have to keep. The inside has seen better days but is still rather pleasant especially the welcoming ground floor:

This has been extensively used and approved by many players
It also includes 1 x Full Town & 1 x Full Dungeon Runebooks

Although I have only one vendor currently situated here which stocks recalls to the masses who are sent to Cove via the help function, I used to have a few very successfull vendors situated here for some time before I moved them to the Brit Moongate Tower.

The red orcish corpse which is situated on the doorstep is the leftover of an event which was created for the phasing out of the bank that used to be at Cove.

After it was decided there was to be no bank a viscous spawn of Orc's were introduced to Cove

After a few attempts to reclaim Cove the Orcs were finally defeated.

Although I cannot make any gaurantee that this will not be removed by staff at a later date, it has been there for sometime and makes quite a nice reminder of the events that have evolved around this historic tower.

Pretty Cool! - you can teleport of the roof onto the defense wall of Cove, not many towers with this feature. It was certainly handy during Cove events. Come along and give it a go.
