Treasure maps in dungeon chests?

Unless I'm going totally crazy (possible) I remember picking the lock on a level 4 dungeon chest in Despise and being quite happy to find a level 5 treasure map inside. I have never seen another tmap inside a dungeon chest before or since. Is this just an exceedingly rare occurrence or a glitch of some sort? Anyone else found a tmap in a dungeon chest before?

Last i knew they were weren't uncommon at least in lvl4 dungeon chests. Resulting tmap level is completely random.

i have found one as well but no clue what level tmap is will be tho

I believe it's like a 1% chance for a map to drop from a monster, so I assume that holds true for dungeon chests as well.

It is incredibly rare but it happens.

Pirul corrected me below and I did indeed find a level 1 map in a level 4 chest just last night.

They only spawn on lvl 4 chests, and the level is completely random. Most I've gotten are lvl 1's. I also think the chance is better than 1%.

Very rare, but not super uncommon if you just keep going in a circle doing the chests. I have gotten level 5's from them. Just be prepared when you do them as I died not realizing it was a level 5 and got zerged by double balron poison ele spawn.
