As if there isn't enough runebooks for people who aren't willing to spend the time to find them..
When I got here Roadkills had like five or six runes which were farmed daily..
Now the same three or four people get every spawning rare there is b/c people like this..!
Exact reason rare hunting is worthless here- unlike OSI.
