Why so much? Beards are 60k a pc AND the house is an even trade for me but not for Sadistik. He lost his spot from someone, so i bought it from him for deed X3 and im breaking even so i dont sit on it, but Sadistik got screwed cuz he bought this from someone for 200k. and for those of you that are as stubborn as i am i said i will not pay more than 2x deeds for the sm and im not im just payin a smdeed more than i should for some beard restyles and yes im that stubborn when i feel wronged lol
