Skill & stat attrition

I vaguely remember them implementing this on the OSI shards. Can I leave my characters logged in in my house and not worry about their skills and stats dropping over time? It makes me feel like I've got more friends if I have other characters sitting around while I make quarterstaffs...

Yes, skills and stats will not currenty atrophy especially if they are not marked down of course.

obviously he doesn't remember when yes, you could lose skill and stats just standing around. You also lost fame and karma. If you stopped killing things that gave fame, after a while your glorious lord or whatever title would decay. It still does on osi shards.
