Havin serious problems with uosa

soooooo i log in and i cant see anything but i can hear my character and the surroundings i log out onto another character on that account and i see everything

i log into 1 i cant see and log onto another account that i know is near it and i see the character that i cant see when im on it?

anyone know who i should ask or what? cause its doing it to characters on each of my accounts....

Might be a corrupted profile. Try removing the profile folder for the problematic char/account. Most likely you'll find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ultima Online\Desktop

Keep in mind you're gonna lose all macros and settings...

Don't delete the folders/files, just save them somewhere else. If this doesn't solve the problem you don't wanna lose all your setttings/macros..

Just in case someone else encounters this issue, it happens to me sometimes as well - if you click the UO icon in your taskbar (or ALT+Tab to bring it to front) and use ALT+Enter to jump to full screen and back, it should fix it.
