sb- deeds +10k for all or deed +5k for a single house

i only see newbs buying these smalls, so i also dont see all 3 selling at once (which would actually make you more gold)
i think they can def go for deed +5k (x3) .. but i dont see anyone buyin all three of those.. *shrugs*.. 2 cents
