Covetous Lich Room

I was a frequent visitor to the Covetous Lich room on OSI, and from what I can tell, the spawn on UOSA may be a little off. I remember at least two liches in the throne room, and multiple liches in the "chest" room to the south east. I am currently trying to put together some evidence, but all I can find is from 2000, nothing earlier. Did this simply change later in UO, or was this how it was in the 98 time period?

I don't know if we're light or not in the lich room, I'll let our Spawn Czar, Ezp chime in on this
But I can say that in UO:R (9/2000) spawns were at much higher levels than in the T2A era.

No its 100% correct atm, the SS you have are from faction days when the spawns were changed.
t2a had 1 Lich insta spawn at the throne room during t2a
