It's older I know that I picked it up from a IDOC a while back probably 4-6 months ago...

Named bone container is like the only rare that isn't a wearable item that I think I'd ever waste my money on

They were given out randomly as trick or treat gift only on halloween 2010. Very low percentage of getting one.
