Well in Vegas defense for the large price tag on it, cant you still cash bank checks in for the sum of the check?? lol I could be epicly wrong because I don't handle them but one would assume that if you could, bidding anything under 400k would be pure profit for the person buying.

The truly rare checks are actually sub-5000g. Technically speaking, bankers should never have made checks for 'such a paltry sum', as they would say, when checks were active on production shards.

You can make a check less than 5k very easily
