Just opened up two new vendors here in the past couple days:
Lester sells PVP Packs. If you wanna go PVPing but don't wanna deal with the supplies, check out this vendor! Two different options to choose from.
The basic pack consists of 75 of each reg, 5 total refresh potions a GM hally and a GM katana.
The upgraded pack consists of 100 of each reg, 10 TRs, 4 Gheal, 4GCure, 4 pre-trapped pouches, and the same weapons (GM hally and GM katana).



Cedric sells various tinkered items, including GM lockboxes and lockpicks, GM tinkered trapped boxes (both red box and wooden chest), empty potion kegs, and even a few different options of exceptional tools. There's nothing better than exceptional tools for your crafting macros. They cost a bit more, but I find that the durability is worth it.

Cedric the tinker vendor just got an upgrade for all you lockpickers out there!
30/30, 50/50 and GM lockable boxes now available for CHEAP. Get one of each and you'll be set to level up your lockpicking. Don't forget to pickup some picks while you are there!
