I know you can get brains buy using a dagger to "cut up" a head. Not sure about the heart/liver/bones.

chance of getting liver, heart, entrails when chopping up on torso, jerky or bone for legs or arms, brain & skull for head

also a neat way to accumulate a large pile of skulls ive just realised... although they onle come in 2 directions unfortunately

I do however have the heart of Derrick which is rare as you cannot name a character Derrick - although I dare say it may be possible for a npc to spawn with the name Derrick?

All those you have can be created by naming the toon the same name and cut him up.

I found Derrick the wandering healer when i started here, wish i had kill him
