Archery not insta hit?

I may be wrong its been so long since i played T2a era but wasnt archery insta hit as well as melee?

The one second delayed damage on archery was put in Dec 16, 1997. Bows do insta-fire, if they are ready to fire, but not if you arm early.

yes you can.. many don't realize you've shot so it can be extra lethal if the player isn't wary ;p
