How many of these are there non decaying? 4-5?

No clue how many there are. People aren't putting them up for sale, so it's hard to determine.

Regardless, this item doesn't continue to spawn. It's a niche item for people who like niche items. It isn't really for someone who just wants a rare to resell.

There is no trammel. If you use it, it will disappear.

Likely more, but still quite rare.

Also, prospective buyers can single click them (careful!) and it will change colors for all your deco needs.

not to be that guy, but the last time someone sold a locked down trammel moonstone, i am pretty sure it decayed once it was not locked down anymore.
