yer not gonna sell for this high price until winter population high again. most of the population now is out on holidays or outside enjoying summer etc.

I hate to break it to you man, but towers aren't selling for anywhere near 3x deeds unless the location is exceptional. 2x deed + smalls would be more reasonable.
