I counted 3k+feathers, boards, 50 some bolts of cloth and bales of cotton. ship wreck stuff for the unfinished fish tank, some armor, weapons, clothes, a custom bar, three rune books of banks, smiths, and cotton. plus many addons, a duel pit and a pool table lol. some may say trash some may say treasure. spawn is low/moderate I never see neighbors or foot traffic. let the bidding begin!
