I have decorated tumbles tower and sorted all his loot.
he payed me 3 smalls + 30k for materials i used
money raised by vendoring his scrolls gems etc of lootsorting split 50/50 and got some of his wands for sale for 50/50 split

he payed L shape + small in advance, i returned 2 smalls after the job was done and made calculations of the costs


He trusted me with his tower, all his loot and all his rares and nothing has been taken by me
