You have yourself a deal - as long as you don't mind if the DB pieces are traded at a bank prior to the transfer. I've had a lot of shenanigans with item trades outside of town, so I hope you don't mind my caution. How about:

DB arms at the bank,
3x at the center house
3x at the small next to yours
2x at the southern spot

Also, please let me know what timezone you are in and when you are typically online.
