warrax has agreed to purchase this home viewtopic.php?f=72&t=52892&p=444777#p444777 . He will be doing weekly payments of 50k which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.

warrax will also put down 100k which leaves 10 weekly payments of 50k each (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into warrax's name (co-ownership in the interim).
