Who's got a good rune library?

I ask this because I noticed a couple rows of missing runebooks in the $$$ Tower. (which I hope they replace soon) My guess is they were looted... anyways that's another subject.

Where are some good, complete libraries out there?

yes my appologies, I was marking our library for another guild and the cant lock down beside doors fucked me up :/ shouldent have unlocked them they will be re-arranged and back tonight, sorry

In the meantime, you can use Turtle Bay's new Rune library. You can find it right behind our vendor which conveniently sells runes marked to the Library next door!

You could go to the original UOSA rune library...
