Footstools that are made now cannot be used to make stairs. Only pre-patched stools are 'walkable' when locked down.
They are a rare commodity now.

oh really?!?!?! well glad im a hoarder because i believe i have a ton of these from when i made my gimpy ass stairs for my keep, well what i didnt use, forgot most of the ones i have are in place, duh. Thanks for the info +1!
