House decay question

Post by Divvet »

when you click the sign of a house it tells you what state the house is in. e.g. this house is greatly worn.
Just wondering if anyone knows the list of these descriptions and what time they relate to the decay of the house... if that makes any sense.

e.g this house is slightly worn = 1 day not refreshed.

thanks for the help.

This house is like new.
This house is slightly worn.
This house is somewhat worn.
This house is fairly worn.
This house is greatly worn.
This house is in danger of collapsing.

Total process it takes for a house to decay: 14 days.

Hope that helps.

Anyone want to share the info on exactly how long a house is in the different stages of decay?

The stratics archive states house decay to be 11 days, so information from that page would be useless imo... I was asking if anyone here in the community would like to share the information, and the reason I'm asking is that I've failed to find the information myself searching the forums. The information I've located is about the old decay of 30 days and not the new 14 day decay. The only info I've located about the 14 day decay is in a suggestion thread about how someone would think it'd be good, that was pre 14 day decay rules. So no actual information.

I'd love it if someone could answer with an actual response on this, or if they want to share the information with me and not the whole community, PM me.

Thank you.

well...we'd be giving up valuable information if we said exactly how long it takes for a house to fall (from greatly to idoc to time of falling)

thats all i pretty much do on this shard...used to pvp for 8 years, now its all about idoc'ing...idoc'ing has paid off already and only been on here for 3 months

I use to have the stamina to IDOC...anymore I'm too old.

On this shard I've gotten well over 2 million in IDOC loot though.

I used to have a tower and a large Lshaped.

I would fill the L house with boxes of fishsteaks so circle would make it look packed.

i would wait till a few hours before it fell, with like 30 people outside

then open the door.
