Ukkirk is big winner, We will be doing a payment plan.

Will be 300k down and then 100k a week until paid off. Once the total of 916,400 gold is paid off the house will be transfered from my character to his. If misses 3 weekly payments in row he defaults the tower back to me or if the tower ever goes to Greatly worn condition the tower defaults back to me. Without any refund.

As main owner I will co-own any and all his characters that he wants. I will also lock down secure chests and add-ons.
