Vagrant has agreed to purchase this home. He will be doing weekly payments of a small deed which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.
Vagrant will also put down 3x Small Deeds which leaves a 318,600 Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into Vagrant's name (co-ownership in the interim).
